Dear All... These are the requirements you have to fulfill:

2. Plan(s):
Key Plan (n.t.s)
Location plan (in appropriate scale)
Site plan (1:100 - 1:150)

3. Building Section :
x-x (1:100)
y-y (1:100)

4. Elevation(s) :
Front elevation (1:100)
Rear Elevation (1:100)
Left Elevation (1:100)
Right Elevation (1:100)

5. Sectional perspective (special space from ground to roof top showing services i.e. mechanical system and furniture layout with finishes)

6. Perspective(s) :
Exterior - min 3 in full A3 size per image (fully rendered)
Interior - min 3 in full A3 size per image (fully rendered)

7. Detailing(s) : min 10 (custom details)

8. Model : Sectional/ presentation model (1:100)

9. Landscape plan with blow up details; fully rendered (Scale will be determine by lecturer's)

Bare in mind:

For each and every details/ special design proposed, it has to respond with one of this criteria:

1. OKU/disable friendly
2. GBI/ thermal comfort/ passive design
3. Finishes/ materials/ joints

If you have confusion regarding the requirement, please ask and confirm it with the lecturer's assigned. Do not make assumption.
